Companies boost retention through retirement benefits

A Global Benefits Attitudes survey conducted by Towers Watson reveals that employers are increasingly using retirement plans as a top benefit for retaining employees. According to the survey, only 12 per cent of employees who agree that their retirement plan meets their needs, plan to leave the organisation in the next 2 years against 39 per cent who disagree. While most Indian employees plan to retire at 60, most are not confident of their retirement planning.
