An Economic Times report says that many companies, in their efforts to increase their diversity commitment, have started double referral payouts for referring women candidates. HSBC and Accenture are two companies that are spearheading this trend.
Diversity in Indian companies are still not up to the mark as many reports state and Indian organisations are trying hard to build the diversity balance. To encourage and promote their employment value proposition among women candidates, companies have started offering special benefits and perks to women talent, such as fast-track career paths.
