Stephen R. Pratt and Ashok Vemuri were the two highest paid executives at India’s second largest software exporter Infosys Ltd for the 2012-13 fiscal, according to a regulatory filing, the Mint reported.
Pratt, who is managing partner for the company’s worldwide consulting and systems integration business, earned a total compensation of about $2.13 million, including bonus, while Vemuri, who heads the global manufacturing and engineering services business, earned $898,978, including bonus, Infosys said in a regulatory filing on Monday night. Pratt was the highest paid executive last year as well, according to the report.
Chief executive officer (CEO) and co-founder S.D. Shibulal had a total package, inclusive of bonus and other annual compensation benefits, of $119,774. This, however, excludes stock options. Executive co-chairman and co-founder S. Gopalakrishnan also earned roughly the same amount, excluding stock options.
