Wipro conducted an analysis among employees to identify the amount of time they spend on commute. The company is now working with the state run transport corporation to enhance attractiveness of using public transportation for its employees. The Bangalore transport corporation, BMTC, will offer attractive offers to Wipro employees which will be available to all employees on the company’s internal portal.
