Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company (BAGIC) has launched an all-women branch, the first of its kind in the insurance sector in India. The branch will start operations with a five woman team. The company is planning to roll out many women friendly policies to ensure that they do not lose out on the potential of women in the workforce. Among them, include flexible working hours, crèche facilities, and training.
