Top recruiters such as Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Pepsi are waging a fierce war for female B-school graduates. All of these recruiters are scampering to hire female talent in order to improve their diversity scores. 533 women will graduate from the IIMs this year but the combined demand is expected to be more. The trends indicate that between 28-50% of the hiring from all these top recruiters will be female candidates.
