More women in leadership positions will play critical role in the success of their organisations according to a report. "Fiftyfour per cent of HR professionals have responded that more women in leadership roles will be a critical success factor for organisations," human resource service provider Randstad said in its report "Talent Trends Report-HR Game Changers".
