Software major InfosysBSE 1.15 % has done away with its dress code starting today, in an attempt to engage better with its employees. It means Infoscions can wear jeans and casual clothes all working days, instead of just Fridays. This is the latest in a series of moves by Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka to connect better with employees and arrest attrition. Infosys sent an email to all employees regarding this development last week.
