Cognizant Technologies, after reporting stellar earnings for the second quarter in a row has announced that it will announce promotions for all employees at all levels up to managers. The US-based firm beat market expectations with 15.4 per cent jump in the net profit at $ 319.6 million, while revenues soared 21.9 per cent to $ 2.31 billion for the quarter to September. The promotions are a part of Cognizant’s people program called ’Fully Cognizant.’ Details of the promotions and wages have not yet been announced.
