Operations in all public sector banks is likely to be affected for two days as the United Forum of Banks Union has announced a 2-day strike starting January 20. The key reason for the strike is the inability of the Center and the Indian Banks Association to settle a 14-month dispute regarding demand of 32 per cent wage revision for about a million strong staff.
