InfoEdge promoter transfers 10,000 personal share to employees
A promoter of Info Edge, which runs job portal naukri.com and jeevansathi.com, has transferred 10,000 personal shares to employees. "It is hereby informed that Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder Promoter and Executive Vice Chairman, has transferred 10,000 shares (face value of Rs 10 each) from his personal shareholding to employees of the company," Info Edge said in a BSE filing. At today's closing price, the value of shares stands at Rs 83,79,500.
