Infosys sees another exit

Infosys senior vice president and general counsel Nithyanandan Radhakrishnan has resigned, the company said in a regulatory filing to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday. Radhakrishnan, who resigned on April 15 (the day company announced its fourth-quarter results), is the eleventh senior executive to leave Infosys since founder NR Narayana Murthy returned to the company in June last year. Radhakrishnan leaves the company to become an independent consultant on international legal matters, Infosys said in a statement. "Infosys is happy to be his first significant client."
