Student housing operator, Stanza Living has scaled workforce by 3x over the last quarter, reaching a headcount of 750 employees pan-India. By the end of the year, it plans to have a team of over 1,000 employees across 20 cities in the country.

The company’s escalated focus on hiring stems from its commitment to delivering a seamless and superlative consumer experience on the back of robust operational competence, agile technology infrastructure and a team of diverse domain experts. The company has also focused on building a team of over 45 technology experts in the past few months,  who are responsible for the development and operations of in-house tech infrastructure, which is pivotal in delivering consumer experience and cost leadership at scale.
