People collaboration platform inFeedo raised an undisclosed amount of funding, led by Dheeraj Jain, partner at Redcliffe Capital along with Palash Jain, ex-head of Google India core operations.

Founded in 2013 by Tanmaya Jain and Varun Puri, inFeedo created a chatbot Amber which is a common linkage between employees and the HR heads to address their issues.

inFeedo’s Amber has been favored and used by a wide range of companies like MakeMyTrip, PayU, Lava Mobile, Knowlarity, RedBus and Nearby with its main focus on employee engagement. Built on client feedback, this chatbot can talk automatically to employees at specific intervals in their lifecycle and auto-generate reports for HR leaders to know the problems being faced by the employees at the organization.

inFeedo is the next revolutionary interlacing itself perfectly with efforts towards people management. “We have heard stellar feedback from their (inFeedo’s) clients on how they have arrested attrition and helped boost employee productivity. It’s efficient SaaS (software as a service) model will enable them to manage culture in organisations across the globe,” said Dheeraj Jain, Redcliffe Capital.

The fusion of HR and Data Science is inFeedo said Tanmaya Jain, founder of inFeedo. He also added “Our platform can engage 5500+ employees, generate 1000+ ideas, host 10+ anonymous townhalls and predict attrition rates in ways which is nearly impossible to do manually.

Future prediction of inFeedo aims to have more than 10,000 paid users with a sharp vision to engage with more HR companies to boost employee productivity.
