Yoodli raises $40 million in Series B round led by WestBridge Capital

The AI-powered communication coaching platform secures fresh capital to expand enterprise capabilities, months after closing its Series A round.
Yoodli has raised $40 million in a Series B funding round led by WestBridge Capital, at a moment when enterprises are accelerating their shift towards AI-driven experiential learning tools. The company announced that existing investors Neotribe and Madrona also participated.
The latest round comes only months after Yoodli closed its Series A in May, underscoring the speed at which interest in practice-based learning models is growing. Organisations are increasingly moving away from traditional, content-heavy training formats, favouring interactive approaches that simulate real workplace scenarios.
Yoodli said it will use the capital to expand its AI coaching and analytics capabilities, deepen personalisation features and strengthen its product, research and customer success teams. The company aims to broaden its footprint across enterprise learning, sales enablement and professional development.
“Communication is the skill that separates top performers, and Yoodli helps people sharpen that edge through practice,” Varun Puri, co-founder and chief executive, said in a statement. Co-founder and chief customer officer Esha Joshi added that “learning sticks when it feels real,” positioning the platform as a more immersive alternative to conventional e-learning.
Investors say the company sits at the intersection of rising enterprise demand for AI tools and the shift toward continuous skill development. “We see Yoodli defining a new category of AI-native learning tools for the enterprise,” said Manthan Shah, principal at WestBridge Capital.
With fresh capital and growing interest from organisations looking to embed real-time coaching into their talent development strategies, Yoodli is preparing to scale internationally and deepen integrations across enterprise workflows.
