Talent Velocity builds on Randstad Sourceright’s proprietary TalentRadar analytics platform, which translates raw data, market trends and industry insights into predictive talent acquisition and retention strategies that help organizations solve difficult recruiting and business challenges.

“Ninety percent of the talent leaders we surveyed in India said that employers’ expectations of talent continually grows, while 86% agreed that technology is helping them make better hiring decisions,” said Harish Pillai, India country head of Randstad Sourceright. “With fierce competition for talent in India, Talent Velocity will help our clients enhance hiring quality and efficiency as it allows companies to better manage their talent acquisition processes, improve candidate experience, collect business intelligence and drive overall growth.”
