Whatfix, a leading digital adoption platform, has raised $125 million in its Series E funding round, led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from existing investor SoftBank Vision Fund 2. The fresh capital will be used to expand Whatfix’s product offerings and strengthen its presence in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions.

Since its previous funding in 2021, Whatfix has experienced substantial growth, achieving a 4.5x increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and expanding its customer base, which includes prominent global brands such as Arrow Electronics and Schneider Electric.

Whatfix, known for its innovative solutions that guide users through complex software applications, the company's platform has been adopted by numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Arrow Electronics, Schneider Electric, and Avnet.

The fresh infusion of capital will enable Whatfix to further expand its product offerings, strengthen its market position, and accelerate its global reach. The company plans to invest in research and development, strategic acquisitions, and increased sales and marketing efforts.
