HR technology firm launches new brand campaign, identity, and AI-powered workforce platform.

UKG, a global provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management systems, unveiled a major rebrand on Thursday, introducing a new identity and positioning itself as a Workforce Operating Platform designed to unify HR, pay, workforce management, and AI, the company said in a statement.

The company launched its global campaign, “When Work Works, Everything Works,” featuring a new logo and identity. According to UKG, the platform integrates its workforce data with AI tools to provide insights for employers across industries, from office-based roles to frontline workers.

Sarah Hodges, Chief Marketing Officer at UKG, said in the announcement that the rebrand “reflects the power of AI-enabled workforce intelligence to help leaders make smarter decisions, reduce burnout, and build more resilient organisations.”

Survey findings

UKG cited data from its forthcoming 10-country survey of 8,200 frontline workers. The company said employees using AI reported lower burnout rates of 41 per cent, compared with 54 per cent among those not using AI at work.

According to UKG, the platform processes data from tens of millions of users daily and is designed to deliver insights on hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and employee engagement.

UKG also referenced research from its Great Place to Work subsidiary. The study found that high-trust companies generate 8.5 times more revenue per employee than the US market average. It also reported that over 27 years, companies named to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list achieved stock returns 3.5 times higher than the top 1,000 US firms by market capitalisation.

The company said the research shows that workforce trust and engagement are linked to financial performance.

UKG said the Workforce Operating Platform consolidates HR, payroll, scheduling, and workforce management with AI-driven analytics into a single system. The company stated the platform is aimed at both enterprise and small and medium-sized businesses.

According to the company, the rebrand reflects its strategy to address challenges such as burnout, hybrid work arrangements, and the complexity of managing frontline workforces.
