InfosysBSE -0.07 % has set in motion the exercise to identify and groom the next generation of leaders. A batch of nearly 50 employees has been put through the first level of training at Stanford University, which the Bengaluru firm has tied up with for the executive development programme. India's second largest software exporter announced the programme after Vishal Sikka took over as chief executive last August.
