Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) has appointed Pradeep Kumar Singh, former Executive Vice President of Naukri.com, as its Chief Technology Officer. In his role, Singh will lead the technology function and further build the technology team to drive the digital transformation of Aakash. His appointment comes at a time, when Aakash is expanding its physical footprint of centers and transforming towards a ubiquitous hybrid experience and personalised learning. 

AESL is also looking to hire a significant number of talent to be a part of its digital journey. To leverage its partnership with Byju’s, enhancing AESL's digital efforts is key.

Singh brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the IT and software development space. Prior to Naukri.com, he has also held senior positions at Amazon and Adobe Systems.

AESL has adopted in cutting-edge digital technologies, building on its partnership with Byju’s. Some of its notable tech projects include connecting its pan-India network with high-throughput satellite connectivity, the launch of ‘Aakash App’, smart classrooms to offer seamless hybrid experience and world class content and learning management systems to aid in personalised learning experience to improve student outcomes. Singh will play a key role in further accelerating this digitisation journey.
