Abhishek Gupta has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer of Myntra, marking the end of a four-year stint at the Flipkart-owned fashion platform.

In a LinkedIn post on Thursday, Gupta said his final day as CFO capped a “deeply rewarding” phase defined by growth, a strong organisational culture and sustained profitability. He credited Myntra’s senior leadership team and CEO Nandita Sinha for shaping what he described as a high-impact journey.

Gupta also reflected on his longer association with the Flipkart Group, spanning close to eight years. He acknowledged the mentorship of group leaders Kalyan Krishnamurthy and Sriram Venkataraman, noting that their guidance sharpened his business orientation and decision-making.

During his tenure, Myntra expanded its customer value proposition through a series of new initiatives, including MNow, FWD, Myntra Global and D2C, alongside forays into categories such as Home and Beauty & Personal Care. Gupta said watching these ideas take shape and scale into meaningful customer impact was among the most fulfilling aspects of his role.

He also thanked Myntra’s HR teams for helping build and protect a culture that has positioned the company as an employer of choice over multiple years, and expressed gratitude to colleagues across functions for their ownership and resilience amid ambitious goals.

Gupta has not announced his next professional move. Myntra has yet to name a successor to the CFO role.
