Adidas appoints new General Manager for India

German sports brand Adidas has elevated Neelendra Singh as the new General Manager for India. Singh replaces Dave Thomas, who was moved to a senior role as the Managing Director of emerging markets on April 1st. Singh will continue to report to Dave Thomas. 

Singh is associated with Adidas for more than 14 years and before this elevation, he was the Senior Vice President, Global DTC, and Franchise. During his stint with the company, he has led Adidas’ South Korea retail franchise as Vice President. He joined the company in 2005 as Regional Manager and worked in different roles. He has also worked with companies such as Shoppers Stop, Arcus and Orange (Hutchison Max Telecom).
