Ashish Ambasta, former Director, Employee Insights & Assessments of Willis Towers Watson has now moved on to Aon Hewitt. He has joined as the Practice Leader - Engagement & Culture. He has over 15 years of work experience in roles within consulting in several organizations. In his new role, he will be leading the engagement business for Aon Hewitt and will also be responsible for managing the business in terms of driving revenue growth, profitability, and innovation.

Ashish has an experience of coaching, mentoring and advising Senior Stakeholders around people practices and has helped them execute superior performances through leveraging "Emotional elements". Besides this as a certified Saville professional, he has also led the foray of Willis Towers Watson into Talent & Development initiatives by advising clients on selection, development & performance related strategies. Along with a career in consulting, Ashish is also the founder of School of Entrepreneurial Exploration (SEE) and has been helping over a million people explore entrepreneurship in India, through this non-profit venture. He was also a visiting faculty for marketing and entrepreneurship at Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education, Mumbai, from 2006 to 2012. 

He holds a Doctorate of philosophy in Positive Emotions, Happiness, and Performance in Indian Work Environment, from the University of Mumbai. 

With a mission to reduce suffering and increase the happiness of those, he touches Ashish Ambasta is involved in a lot of community work.  He works as a coach in Mumbai based NGO working for children with special needs and teaches them cricket on weekends.
