While China Gorman has joined the board as an Independent Director, Dennis has joined in the capacity of an Investor Director.

China Gorman is a successful global business executive in the competitive Human Capital Management (HCM) sector. She is a sought-after advisor, speaker and writer bringing the CEO perspective to the challenges of building cultures of humanity for top performance and innovation. She currently serves on the corporate boards of Motivis Learning and Jobs For America’s Graduates (JAG), as well as chairs the Universum North America board and the Advisory Boards of Elevated Careers, the Workforce Institute at Kronos, and WorldBlu, apart from PeopleStrong. Dennis is an experienced senior-level human resources executive with over three decades of business experience in C-suite Human Resources leadership roles with special focus on organizational design and talent development. At present, he is serving as the President and Founder, Core Strengths Management Consulting and Executive Chairmanand Investor, Kinetic Consulting, a strategy and management consulting firm based in Geneva Switzerland.Prior to this, Dennis has served as Chief Human Resources Officer for various leading organizations like NXP Semiconductors, Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. the Kellogg Company, and the Walt Disney Company. He also worked with Procter & Gamble, where he spent 23 years serving in a variety of leadership capacities both in the United States and the United Kingdom.
