Foreign bank Citi appointed Anand Selvakesari as the head of consumer banking for Asean, Economic Times reported. Selvakesari will continue in his current role as Citi India's head of consumer banking. He has been holding this position since July 2011, the bank said in a press release.

In addition to the India consumer and commercial banking businesses, Anand will also be responsible for the consumer banking businesses in the Asean cluster. The bank also appointed Kartik Kaushik as the deputy head of consumer banking in India. He will join the bank in Jan 2014.
