Dhaval Morparia joins Graphite India as Senior Vice President and CHRO

Graphite India Limited has appointed Dhaval Morparia as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company sharpens its focus on talent, organisational capability and long-term business growth.

In his new role, Morparia will oversee the company's human resources strategy, talent management, organisational development and people transformation initiatives. He will also be responsible for strengthening workforce capabilities, fostering organisational culture and aligning the HR function with Graphite India's long-term business objectives.
