EAPL appoints Satyendra K. Mallik as CHRO

After working for Intex Technologies (India) Ltd. for over 3 years, Satyendra K. Mallik now joins Eastman Auto & Power Limited as President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He will be responsible for steering organizational transformation by focusing on HR Strategy, compensation and talent initiatives. He will also lead the agenda of leveraging technology and play a role in automating HR and business processes. His leadership skills and experience in designing and executing of HR business plans will help him to take the organization to the next level of growth. 

Mr. Shekhar Singal, MD, EAPL extended his welcome to Satyendra and said, “We are delighted to have Mr. Mallik on board. His diverse background and extensive experience will support the dynamics of our business. I am happy to induct him into our team and am confident that he will contribute significantly to sustain our growth momentum in the international market.”

Satyendra brings with him an experience of over 2 decades. He has worked in designing and executing people strategy and processes in Sales, Service, Manufacturing, IT, ITES, Automobile and Consumer Electronics industry across geographies. 

Talking about his new role at EAPL, Mr. Satyendra K Mallik said, “I am pleased to take on this role and excited to join EAPL, which will give me an opportunity to create another success story. Prior to joining EAPL, he has worked with INTEX Technologies (I) Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in organization building and meteoric growth story. Besides INTEX, he had been associated with Microsoft’s KPO arm, Greenfield Online, and Hero Group.
