Airtel Business announced key executive appointments: Harish Laddha joins as CEO – Emerging business, Heena Naithani as Head HR, and Kaustubh Chandra as CMO & SVP.

Harish has enjoyed an exceptional career of over 25 years in the tech industry and as CEO - Emerging Business, now he will lead Airtel Business in its next phase of growth. His key focus will be on partnering with the SMB customers in their digital transformation journeys and deliver growth enabling solutions.

Kaustubh will lead company's Marketing function. "His absolute passion about new and emerging technologies to create enriched customer experience aligns with our vision #customerobsession perfectly," shared Ajay.

Heena comes with over 14 years of experience and has worked in diverse industries including Telecom, Projects and Financial industries. She has worked with Citi India for 10 years, in her most recent role she was heading the HR fubction there as VP – HR. In the past, Heena has also worked with Essar, where she was a part of the Corporate HR team and responsible for Talent Acquisition across senior and middle levels for Telecom, Realty and Projects business of the Essar Group.

As she takes on a new role, she looks forward to leading the people strategy for Airtel Business in most critical times, when leading HR transformation and driving employee experience has become more crucial than ever before.
