The second largest player in IT market in the country is all set to look for a person who can take over the reigns of the company. Infosys will first assess the talent within the company so that they reward smart, loyal people and then look outside. However, the probability of someone younger from the family to take over the charge of the company is not ruled out yet. But it has been made very clear that whatever decision would be taken will be done purely on the basis of merit, suitability and competence.
