Jennifer Cunningham takes over as 3M's Chief Human Resources Officer

3M has appointed Jennifer Cunningham as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing in a seasoned HR leader with more than two decades of experience at ADM. 

In her new role, Cunningham will oversee the company's global human resources organisation, including communications and community impact, with responsibility for shaping people strategy, talent priorities and organisational culture.

The appointment adds a veteran HR executive to 3M's leadership team at a time when companies across industries are increasingly focused on workforce transformation, leadership development and talent retention.
