JSW Steel CEO Mark Bush steps down, COO named as interim

Mark Bush has stepped down as the CEO of JSW Steel USA. The current Chief Operating Officer, Greg Manfredi, will take interim charge.
JSW Steel CEO Mark Bush steps down, COO named as interim

Mark Bush has resigned from his role as Chief Executive Officer of JSW Steel USA to pursue other opportunities. Greg Manfredi, the current Chief Operating Officer of the company, will take interim charge and lead both, the Mingo Junction and the Baytown teams.

Commenting on the development, Mr Parth Jindal, Director of JSW USA expressed his gratitude towards Bush and said, “We sincerely thank Mark for his leadership in steering JSW Steel USA during the COVID-19 pandemic and in achieving the many milestones that the company accomplished during his tenure.”

As the interim in charge for both Mingo Junction and the Baytown teams, Manfredi will include the continued execution of the modernisation and upgrades of the plate mill facility at Baytown. 

“I am honored to lead JSW Steel USA as we continue to move forward on our strategic priorities. I have great respect for the work that the team puts in, and the culture we have built together over the years. We will continue to provide the best for our customers and build lasting relationships with all our stakeholders,” he said.
