LatentView Analytics has appointed Sonal Ramrakhiani as its Chief Executive Officer, effective 15 July 2026, marking a leadership transition as the AI-driven analytics and consulting firm looks to accelerate its global growth strategy.
Ramrakhiani succeeds Rajan Sethuraman, who has led the company as CEO since 2019. Following the transition, Sethuraman will serve as Strategic Advisor to the CEO for up to six months to support the leadership handover.

Outgoing CEO moves into advisory role
Rajan Sethuraman, who has been with LatentView for more than a decade, will remain closely involved during the transition.

Ramrakhiani said she looks forward to building on the company's existing strengths in analytics and artificial intelligence while expanding its innovation capabilities and global market presence.
Sethuraman said he remains committed to supporting a smooth leadership transition and expressed confidence in Ramrakhiani's ability to lead the company's next phase of growth.
