Mindtree appoints Vinit Teredesai as Chief Financial Officer

Vinit joins Mindtree with over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, fund raising, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
Mindtree appoints Vinit Teredesai as Chief Financial Officer

Global technology consulting and services company, Mindtree appoints Vinit Teredesai as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective Monday, June 15, 2020. He will be responsible for providing financial leadership to Mindtree in its global growth journey and be based in Bangalore, India.  

Teredesai is a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant–USA. He has also completed a General Management Program from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) – Sloan School of Business focusing on strategy, innovation, and technology. 

Most recently he worked in KPIT Technologies Ltd. As CFO and CIO. He comes with 25 years of experience in areas like finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, fund raising, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

Speaking on his appointment Vinit said, “I am excited to join Mindtree and the L&T group. As we experience unprecedented times, the role of Finance becomes more strategic. I look forward to working with Mindtree Minds to contribute to the Company’s success in the journey ahead.”

Mindtree's team is also excited to welcome Teredesai.
