Alibaba-backed Paytm has strengthened its board with three high-profile appointments. The new directors are Ruchi Sanghvi, Facebook’s first woman engineer; Neeraj Arora, former WhatsApp global business head; and Naveen Tewari, founder of InMobi. Sanghvi comes with a tech background, as she co-created and managed the newsfeed feature on Facebook, Facebook Connect, and Facebook’s Developer Conference F8. She had also led core areas such  as Facebook Privacy, Notes, Homepage, Profiles, and User Engagement.
