Reliance Retail has appointed Shathi Sharma as Vice President - Human Resources.

Shathi comes has close to 20 years of industry experience in building business and HR teams.  A graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Shathi's expertise includes HR handling, processes and people strategy in sectors such as telecommunication, retail, manufacturing and banking. 

She kickstarted her career at GE where she spent over three years, and moved on to lead the human resources functions in multiple leadership roles across Emirates NBD, Madura Fashion (a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital), Telenor and the Landmark Group. 

Most recently, Shathi served as CHRO at Dixcy Textiles for about three years.
