In a bold move that redefines employee recognition in India’s retail landscape, GIVA—one of the country’s fastest-growing D2C fine jewellery brands—has awarded cars to 14 exceptional store managers under its annual ‘Rising Star’ initiative. The gesture marks a significant shift in how frontline leadership is celebrated, moving beyond symbolic rewards to lifestyle-impacting recognition.


These managers, selected from across India, were honored for either doubling their March–May 2025 turnover compared to the same period in 2024 or for achieving Rising Star milestones in newly launched stores opened during that window. The car gifting ceremony served not just as a token of appreciation but as a strategic signal of GIVA’s people-first philosophy.
