Reliance IndustriesBSE 3.00 % is overhauling its performance-linked incentive scheme for its business heads, as the Mukesh Ambani-led energy-to-retail conglomerate seeks to drive greater transparency, meritocracy and empowerment among its executives. The HR initiative, termed "Objective Key Result", is being implemented by an executive committee headed by billionaire Ambani, said two people aware of developments.
