In a break from convention, 'spouse hiring' gains wider acceptance

NEW DELHI: Four months ago, Tarandeep Bagga and her husband, Deepak Gaindar, joined financial services solutions provider Synechron in different functions. The Pune-based company offered them jobs, no questions asked. Now, the company has formalised a 'spouse hiring' policy to encourage more couples to join.
