New Delhi: Hiring activity has seen a 9% growth in November 2015 over November 2014, the Naukri Job Speak index has revealed. 

The telecom sector recorded an all-time high in hiring activity in November 2015 and witnessed a 61% year-on-year growth in the November  2015 index.  

Hiring activity in the IT and ITES sectors continued to go strong in November 2015 as well and recorded a year-on-year (Y-oY) growth of 18% and 11% respectively in the November  2015 Index .

The demand for marketing and advertising professionals, once again, saw the maximum y-o-y growth in hiring activity registering a 31% y-o-y increase in the Nov'15 index .Similar trends were seen in the demand for BFSI, IT-Software, Sales & Accounts professionals as well.
