12.6 lakh women have availed skill development training under SKIS

About 12.6 lakh women have availed skill development training through 10,000 training providers across the country under the Skill Development Initiative Schemes, Lok Sabha was informed today. Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy said training was being imparted through 402 women ITIs and 1134 women wings in ITIs and every year 1,41,907 women trainees were being trained across the country.
