CII President urges the need for mainstream skill training

CII President, Ajay S Shriram, has urged for the need for four core areas, society, government, corporate, and the academia to address the dearth of skilled manpower in various domains, including building, construction, real estate, textiles, transportation, gems and jewellery, tourism, and others. Shriram also urged the need for introducing specific skill programs in schools and colleges to address the specific shortage issues in the Indian industry.
