Most employers seek candidates below 30
According to the ‘India Skills Report 2015’ released jointly by Wheebox, Peoplestrong, LinkedIn, and CII 72% of employers in India prefer to hire candidates below the age of 30. The report also shows an upward trend in hiring across 29 states and 7 UTs. Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Kerala and Karnataka are the top states with employable skills.
