Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIM-B), a leading B School, plans to roll out five year integrated doctoral programme in management from the next academic session, under the Xavier University, Business Standard reported. The proposed course would have the maximum intake capacity of 60 students. The programme would comprise of full time MBA in the first two years and Phd in final three years.

The candidates for the programme will be selected based on the scores secured in Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), CAT (Common Admission Test, Graduate Management Admission Test, said Father Paul Fernandes, Director, XIM-B. The students have to qualify a quality cut off parameter after two years of MBA for pursuing the Phd, he added.
