On Wednesday, Twitter formally announced the launch of Twitter Ads API (Application Programming Interface), which will make it easier for the companies to manage their campaigns and get more value out of it. Twitter’s advertising blog says that the new launch will equip marketers with many tools to manage their twitter ad campaign and will also enable them to integrate it with their cross-channel advertising strategy.
April Underwood, Revenue Project Manager- Twitter, wrote on Twitter’s advertising blog, “Users will continue to see the most relevant Promoted Tweets from advertisers. With the Ads API, marketers now have more tools in their arsenal to help them deliver the right message, to the right audience, on the desktop and on mobile devices- all at scale.” Twitter also announced the name of its first five partners who are using the Ads API software. These are : Adobe, Hootsuite, Salesforce, SHIFT and TBG Digital.
