In an interview, the Chief Talent Officer at Bain & Co., Russ Hagey, revealed that owing the several leading-edge talent management initiatives, Bain & Co. is not afraid of losing key talent to rival companies. Hagey says that Bain’s attrition rates are among the lowest in the consulting industry, and the company has a very successful track record of having people stay in the company.
