Education loans, service sector jobs likely in Congress 2014 election

Fiscal incentives for the service sector designed to generate more employment for young middleclass Indians, ultra-cheap loans for higher education and four more 'rights' that guarantee social entitlements for the poor will most likely be the centerpieces of the social sector section of the Congress election manifesto due to be published by end-February. The promise of fiscal incentives for the service sector is targeted at middle class/young Indians, a Congress leader said. Since service sector is both a large employment generator and a large employer of middle class young Indians, Congress is promising to make it easier for employers to offer more jobs, this leader said.
