Lean in, an initiative by Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandberg, to connect female technology professionals with others in the industry directly will soon be launched in India. Through the initiative, female techies in India will be able to connect directly with industry honchos, such as Sheryl Sandberg. Anita Borg Institute (ABI), a non-profit organisation focused on the advancement of women in computing, is associating with Lean In and will design courses and provide networking opportunities for women engineers in India.
