Hospital chain firm Fortis Healthcare today said its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Sandeep Puri has resigned from the company. "Sandeep Puri, Group Chief Financial Officer, Fortis Healthcare Ltd has resigned from the services of the Company," the company said in a BSE filing. "The company has accepted his resignation and Puri would support the smooth transition towards the new incumbent within the stipulated contractual notice period term," it added.
