A recent report released by the “Hay Group” dismisses several common perceptions about graduate talent. According to the report, while 75% of leaders do not trust entry-level graduates as prepared, and 80% find it difficult to find the right soft skills in graduate talent, the report states that graduates have as much potential to succeed compared to any other generation. The report is based on an analysis of psychometric assessments.
