Infosys whistleblower reveals H1B cracks

A whistleblower from Infosys who has filed the biggest fraud case against Infosys in US history has revealed several cracks in the manner in which H1B visas are offered. He said that most of the H1B holders working in the US only have a bachelor’s degree and that does not qualify as the mandated specialised talent. He also revealed that many tech companies are exploiting loopholes in the visa system to provide H1B visas to Indian workers.
